CASE-MANAGED VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION SERVICE

VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION ASSESSMENTS
Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) is a process whereby those disadvantaged by illness or disability can be enabled to access, maintain or return to employment or other useful occupation (British Society of Rehabilitation Medicine (BSRM) 2000).
Examples of the Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) assistance include:

Our occupational psychology is concerned with the performance of people at work, how organisations function and how individuals and small groups behave at work.

SPECIALIST VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION SERVICES
At CBT Services, we offer advice, support and guidance to individuals who are having difficulty returning to work due to injury, illness or disability. These services can be offered alongside the rehabilitation case management services or independently in cases where an individual does not require any medical intervention or coordination by us.
Within 2 months of CBT Services working with a major employer, 37% of individuals on long-term sick leave were deemed fit for a return to work.
